  • 3 colheres de manteiga
  • 6 colheres de natas
  • Sal e Pimenta q.b.
  • 1 Colher de ervas arom?ticas

Derreter 3 colheres de sopa de manteiga num pyrex de ir ao forno.

Em seguida dispor os espargos (1 lata) dentro do pyrex.

Cobrem-se com 6 colheres de sopa de natas temperadas com sal, pimenta e ervas arom?ticas. Levar ao forno quente durante 3 minutos.
