  • 4 escalopes de vaca
  • 50 gr. de margarina
  • 1 dente de alho esmagado
  • 2 cebolas em rodelas
  • 1 pimento ?s rodelas
  • 3 colheres de sopa de vinho da Madeira
  • Sal e pimenta q.b.

Derrete-se a margarina no microondas durante 2 minutos. Junta-se o alho, as cebolas e o pimento. Mexe-se e deixa-se cozinhar durante 5 minutos. Junta-se o vinho e tempera-se com sal e pimenta. Deixa-se cozinhar durante 5 minutos.

Untam-se os bifes com vinho e colocam-se sobre os vegetais. Leva-se novamente ao microondas durante 4 minutos.
